The steamer runs out of water quickly. Because of the safety feature, the refill tank is locked to prevent hot steam. I have to wait for a few minutes to fill the water tank. I believe this is necessary safety measure.

This is a great product!! The steam cleaner works great for cleaning your kitchen and bathroom grout, which is what I mainly use it for- no need for chemicals which is a plus with two babies in the house!! I also use it to clean the mirror and glass windows, since it comes with the appropriate attachments to do so.

Easy to use and does help clean but doesn’t seem to work like the ad.. It still works okay but not as well as I expected. Maybe it is like all steam cleaners. This is my first so can’t compare. However, I will still use it.

Disappointed, purchased on UK site, plug is not suitable for the UK!! As i didn't unpack straight away, i have passed the returned date.
