FiiO KA11 USB Dongle DAC and Amp (Lightning, Silver)

Paired with my sennheiser momentum 2.0 with an upgraded cable on my 14pro and the sound is amazing compared to bluetooth connection, only the straight connection is not really the best and carrying it on the go will at some point damage the cable, shame the connection is not angled but for the price it is a good value. Five stars for me🤙

Saved me buying a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I resurrected my old audiophile headphones for use with my IPhone.

This DAC works and the sound quality is acceptably good, especially for the price point and is a great cheap DAC if you need the lightning end. My only issue is that after a few days of mostly gentle use the connectivity would sometimes disconnect and I would either have to plug back in the lightning or jack end to reconnect. If your on a tight budget, I would say not to worry about this too much and make use of it anyway.

Brings your iPhone sound quality and volume, alive! Yes it run's a bit warm - ignore that, its normal I used to think listening to Apple Music or Tidal on my iPhone, sounded great. I was wrong! For £28 (approx.), this little DAC (Lightning version) is a 100% no-brainer if you listen to music. Solid but lightweight, strong connections (it's not going to disconnect), sleek looking, and simply plug into your iPhone, then earphones into the DAC - nothing else to do It's that good, I'm ordering the USB-C version too for my MacBook Pro!

Very disappointed with this item, as it will not work with Fiio control app on iphone.

Sounds fantastic

Bought the IPhone lightning version of this DAC. Connection is temperamental-seems to only been recognised in one-sided use. Flip the connector around and the device is not active. May be a contacts issue with my phone of course, but haven’t noticed this with other devices. Sound is marginally bright with slightly hyped treble for my taste. If I had the USB-C version I could adjust this in the app I believe, but not for the lightning version. The DAC does deliver a good volume output and drives my in-ear Beyerdynsmic buds well. Might get a USB-C dongle for my IPad Pro as well. Overall recommended within it’s limitations for the lightning version

Increasese volume by a few (4/5) notches. Makes iphone just about listenable with good headphones 300ohms Senns.

This item was delivered to me on 14th May and 4days back, it is not functioning, dead absolutely. Seller is not responding. Item has one year warranty. I took up the matter with FiiO. Their reply is that Headphone Zone is their distributor in India. If seller is authorized seller of Headphone Zone, they will ask Headphone Zone to replace/repair the item. They further said that sending item to China for repair would be a costly proposition as courier charge will be high. I am asking the seller to let me know whether they are authorized reseller of Headphone Zone but seller does not respond. Amazone is wirking as an intermediary. Stay away from this seller. Item is a lot cheaper in other online platforms.

This is a really great DAC and was able to handle my gear well with my older iPhone. It only got slightly warm after several hours of use, as explained in the manual. I would buy it again and have recommended to others.

El producto que compre es lightning- jack 3.5: estoy muy impresionado con el poder del producto, casi me da un infarto por que el volumen estaba al tope, es normal el calentamiento del DAC el material se ve muy resistente. El único inconveniente es que cuando configuro el ecualizador el cambio es casi imperceptible, y eso no me gusta ☹️y la otra es que en dispositivos Android si manejan la app para configurar el DAC y en IOS no ☹️☹️☹️… de ahí en adelante aún no tengo los audífonos correspondientes para verificar la calidad del audio pero con los que tengo si hay una notable diferencia 10/10
