I got this for my dogs. They are 13 and 15. I got it to use on sore joints. I have used it on myself as well. Sore neck and shoulder. You do have to stick with it. It does help after the first use, but not drastically. It takes a while to charge. I would recommend this product.

I love this red light therapy device. I was paying per visit for red light therapy from my chiropractor, and it was adding up fast. I decided to buy one of my own to save money instead of paying over and over at the chiropractor. After a lot of shopping around and looking at reviews, this one looked like it was the best. After trying it I really am impressed, it really does relieve my pain. It's definitely not as intense as the one at the chiropractor, but I am definitely happy with it and I feel it does a great job for one I bought on my own to have at home. I definitely recommend this one. It's very simple to use and works great.

This device is easy to use. It is very light so most people can use it without any issue. It really does help with muscle pain and soreness after working out! The design is comfortable in my hand.

This seems to be somewhat helpful. I think the pain in my elbows has been a bit better after using this. I think it requires consistent use on a frequent basis to truly provide benefit. Figuring out how to turn it on and keep it running does take a bit of a learning curve, but it’s easy to use after that. I bought one for my husband too. It’s definitely better than taking too much ibuprofen. I do wish they made smaller ones that wrapped around smaller joints like elbows. It’s hard to hold it and use it when both of your elbows hurt.
