Even if this were just a normal tower fan it would have been well worth the money from the coolness it pushes out, but with the evaporative cooling it's like having an energy saver air conditioner. Its extremely quiet and reaches so far that I sometimes can't even get the remote to interact with it as far away as I can feel it's breeze.It's important to note that the quality at which it cools through evaporative cooling his highly dependant on the humidity level of your home. The less humid it is, the better it's going to work at cooling with the ice packs and water tank. If you have it in an area of extremely high humidity you could pair it with a dehumidifier to even out it's effect while still using less electricity than a traditional AC unit.

It works well if you understand that it’s a cooling fan and not an air conditioner. The air that comes out is several degrees cooler than the air in the room, particularly if you use the ice packs. It is reasonably quiet and fairly powerful. As long as you understand what you are buying, it’s a good product.

Great fan with a lot of features, it’s a bit of chore to put in water and ice packs which I don’t think I’ll ever use because it adds Humidity to the room and I’m in an area where the heat comes with humidity, guess I wasn’t paying attention when I ordered this BUT it does blow cool air with out the water. Big disappointment for me is the Short Cord, I don’t think it’s even 3ft long and I’m in an older house with limited outlets

Absolutely love this fan! I was hesitant to buy this item because my room is so hot and i needed something that would actually cool it off while being more discrete than a window unit. i find that this item does actually cool my room off. its sleek in design and doesnt draw too much attention. there’s also a night time setting so all the lights go off at night. this was the most affordable option i could find and im truly pleased with it. i was able to get the fan ready and working within 30 minutes, and for the comfort it brings my family, its well worth the price i paid. i would buy it again and again, and will never choose another brand. super functional and so easy to install. double win!

This fan is tall, it was extremely easy to assemble. The fan, itself moves a lot of air & oscillates to cover my room.I used the cooling function with 2 larger ice packs, as the ones that came were smaller & thinner than I anticipated. I have used the cooling function with the ice packs that came with it & it doesn’t cool that way either.I am using this in a small bedroom & I am disappointed that it doesn’t cool for the entire night. It’s a good fan & would cool a small room for a few hours & then it would need to have frozen ice packs changed out. If used that way it works better. I am not getting up in the middle of the night to swap ice packs. It has a remote, but, I haven’t used it.

This thing pushes a lot of air even at a level 1 setting, so it might be a bit loud for some going to higher settings, but it's not bad or bothersome.

Received the item. The water in the tank seemed to never diminished. While ensuring that it wasn't just on fan mode only. It wasn't providing very cool air. I found out the pump was not working. Then I try to return the item which I have to pay for since I am only provided with a return lable requiring me to pay postage. The price of the return is nearly as much as the product it self defeating the purpose of returning it.

Before I purchased this fan I read a lot of the reviews and decided to give it a try as I own another fan by the same company and figured I would do a comparison. First,it is not an air conditioner unit it is an air cooler. The big question ,does it work. Short answer, yes. When I placed ice cold water along with the included ice packs(which aren't bad but there are better options) and lots of ice in the tank, the fan blew colder air than my other fan(which is just a fancy fan). The recommended use is in addition to an open windows or account vent but I've noticed that either way it still works as advertised. There are lower cost alternatives but this fan works. The only negatives are it's not wifi connected like my other fan and the hassle of refilling the tank. When refilling I just leave everything connected and pour everything in ,as disconnecting and reconnecting the hose is a pain.
