Retractable lanyard broke after a few times out
The retractable lanyard gave out after 10 uses... can you send me a replacement? Brush tool works great but I can’t attach to my bag anymore.Update: contacted customer service and gave me a full refund.

Wire brush keeps drawing blood.
Every time I go to grab my towel I'd get poked. Rethink getting a wire brush, mine is sitting in my garage for cleaning small parts
