My daughter has a similar product. I chose this one instead because it’s slightly larger, it has variant heat controls and because it has the mitten accessories. I’m glad I did. I was concerned about the scented wax because I have incredibly sensitive skin but it does not bother my skin at all. No adverse reaction. In fact, my hands are silky smooth after use. It’s amazing, really. But I mainly purchased this because of hand pain and I was hoping it would help. And, after repeated use, I think it does! It CERTAINLY helps in the short term and my hands do have less pain after using it regularly. The heat variation is very effective! You can adjust it to your own personal comfort level. That’s definitely a feature I appreciate. It goes from: ‘oh, that’s quite nice’ to ‘WOWZA!!’ so be careful and test it before dumping your whole hand in there. 😆 My bathroom is suuuuper small (think half-bath size even tho it’s a full bathroom) and I have very little storage space. There’s one tiny sliver of real estate between the wall and the sink and it fits there perfectly. So I leave it there full time. My ooooonly criticism is that they advertise it as being bigger than their competitors (and it is) and yet it I think it still comes with the same amount of wax as the smaller units. So it’s kinda shallow. No sweat, really… I just need to order more wax to fill it up better. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase.

If you are in the market for a paraffin wax machine, I suggest getting this one. The heat level is very adjustable making this a very pain-free experience for me. I have lupus, and sometimes the nerves in my hands are sensitive, and I have not had any issues. I use this machine, maybe three times a week for my hands and feet. Because of my hand sensitivities, I do not use the purple wax but I can attest to the white wax of being phenomenal for a non-irritant and scent free experience. I do, however, still recommend that you do your own patch test. Just because it’s good for me and my very sensitive skin does not mean you will have the same experience. The size is great as I mentioned I use it for both hands and feet, the quality is really good for an at home machine. This is a worthy purchase. If you have arthritis this can be used for heat therapy for your hands. I go to occupational therapy and this is one of the treatments they give me weekly. Even if you don’t have an autoimmune disease or arthritis or anything of the nature, it is still a very good purchase just for every day pampering. If you work on your feet a lot imagine coming home, showering, dipping your feet into this wax, covering it up with the little booties, filling all the aches of the day to melt away all while moisturizing your feet. Is a beautiful thing to give yourself. With the quality of this machine it’s a great value for the money that you pay.

I love this paraffin wax machine! It heats up quickly and leaves my skin feeling super soft and moisturized. Easy to use and definitely worth the investment!

I bought it for my work table and I loved it, super practical and the perfect size, it arrived in perfect condition and as it was said in the description I recommend it

It works very well and relieves my pain. Added bonus is softens and moisturizes my hands. The cover on my unit did warp a little and now does not sit on it very well.

Great paraffin bath. Small unit but with extra wax I was able to submerge full hand. It has a timer for numerous hours before shut off. Can set the temperature to a very specific number within the range. I set it at 170 to melt and then lowered to 127 to dip. I did not feel that it was too hot at any time once adjusted to a comfortable temperature. The unit melted 1Ib of wax beads (purchased separately) within 25 mins (perhaps less). Added another 1Ib bag and it melted fast. Dropped the temp to 127 and was able to see the temperature lowering on the digital display. Beeped 3 times to let me know when it reached 127. This may not be adequate for those looking to submerge the full hand/wrist diagonally for a better dip. I could see it being a little awkward/small. But this would be expected with a petite 2000ml unit. Update Sept 2025 Unit or lid has warped over time. Lid does not fit snug as you can see from picture. Moving the unit even slightly causes a spill - of course there's ways around this but still inconvenient as the lid not fitting over time is a design flaw. So recommend only moving if unit is fully cooled, which might be inconvenient. But at this time, no longer recommend the unit due to safety hazard.

Perfect for the salon. Not too big and is lightweight. I like the digital thermo indicator.
