Broken on Arrival
As soon as I turned it on and started trying to set the time I noticed the left and up buttons were broken, seemed like it would be a nice system but sadly I never got a chance to try any of the games out

Overall Good Not Great
I got this for my nephew and tested it out. It's good not great. The big thing is it works out of the box. This is great for your pre-teen as a gift when you want it to look impressive, but don't want to spend too much money.

Does not charge
First time charging the device. It will not charge. When you plug it in it'll charge for a minute and then stop. This thing is a complete brick now

Great Emulator
If you want nostalgia in the palm of your hand for an affordable price then this is definitely something you should consider. I am a fan of most things ANBERNIC so this made me feel safe that it would have some quality to it. Comes with the SD card loaded with games so it's good to go as soon as you get it. Definitely recommend to hang around with you when you're bored.

Broke after a month
Awesome but broke after a month even after I flashed the OS on a brand new card. Really disappointing. Just stick to steam deck or switch.

This retro gamer ticks nearly all the boxes for what you'd want.Pros:- Turn on a play, ready to go- Flexible two SD card setup- The D pad and buttons feel absolutely great- Excellent screen- Good battery life- Very compact but still ergonomic- Hardware is super solid- Loads and loads of online community supportCons:- Very so so stock operating system- The second analog stick will see very limited use- So compact the left analog stick can get in the way of the D pad- The generic SD card is a big risk of failure, replaceSo much awesome about this wonderful retro gamer. So fun!

Awesome upgrade from the original rg35xx!
I ordered this as I have the original rg35xx and wanted something with horizontal controls and analog sticks. This has the same size screen as the original but seems to have better saturation. It is also a bit faster and can play games on later systems much better than the original. Overall, if your upgrading or never had a pocket-sized emulation system before, this is a great option!!
