Hands down the best earbuds I've owned full-stop. Noise cancellation is amazing, comfort is unmatched and I've had 0 problems a full year later. The battery lasts me at least 6 hours - I don't really use them for longer stints than that - and I've never head them go dead

Great Bose ultra headphones replacement charger case.

I like the small case, which fits easily in the palm of the hand and is small enough to add to a purse or back pack. BUT, it is fragile when dropped; and let's face it, it WILL get dropped, oftentimes the cover opening and the earbuds skittering across the floor. Also, the hinge on the case takes a beating as well when dropped (my original case hinge broke entirely). Lastly it's an expensive replacement, the charging case costing a third of the cost of new earbuds with the case and charging cord included. With this case replacement I added a silicone case to protect my hard case which is inexpensive and comes with a loop and carabiner for attaching the entire assembly to the inside of a bag etc. Which of course begs the question, why not include that with the original case, even if it requires a small upcharge on the case.

I'm completely in love with these Bose earbuds! They're the first ones I've found that actually fit my ears comfortably and stay put. The sound quality is fantastic, and they've become my go-to for calls and music. However, the charging case has been an absolute nightmare. This is actually my second case, as the first one failed after just 5 months. With this brand new replacement, the first charging attempt didn't work at all despite being connected to the charger. The second attempt took a ridiculous 24 hours to reach a measly 70% charge. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it seems like the pins might not be connecting properly, or there's some other internal fault. It's incredibly frustrating to have such an expensive product with such a fundamental flaw. Bose, you really need to address this charging case problem! It's tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise excellent product.

This charging case is a direct replacement for the Bose OEM charging case. Just a word of caution, to be careful of what USB-C style charging unit that is used when charging. The newest style GaN chargers, that have multiple voltages for varying devices can blow this unit up. When using this supply, plug it into a 5V DC power supply like a computer, or the OEM charger. Assure that the voltage feed for charging is only 5V DC. How do I know this? Because I had to buy this to replace the original case that got blown up by a GaN charger. Another solution that works well is to buy the silicone Bose OEM wireless charging case, which works very well and nothing has blown up the charging case in my experience since.

I LOVE my charging case! I listen to music and audiobooks as I work around our home and our farm. When my earbuds run out of a charge, no matter where I am…on the mower, or feeding the cows, I can simply pop them in my charging case for a refresh and be back to my songs or stories quickly…no need to return to the house to recharge! Each night I put my earbuds away in the case, plug it in, and it is ready when my day begins at 4;30 am

Should not have had to purchase. Metal contact fell out of original charger that came with earbuds. No complaint with Amazon but with Bose. Manufacture defect for the contact to not stay attached inside charge unit.
