It's just so relaxing to do. Patterns are good. Paper quality good. It's fun to do and it calms me. I enjoy it.

I brought this for me but my son has now claimed it. Nice book with good patterns.

I buy these for my Granddaughter as they are very therapeutic & help with anxieties. Good quality product & price.

Relaxing Colouring book.. I've recently been advised to give colouring a try to help me relax (I have severe depression and it causes insomnia too) and it certainly does the trick for me. I tend to do this if I'm feeling a bit stressed or tense and it helps as your mind (for want of a better expression) clears, leaving me less tense and it does help me sleep as I don't want to keep taking sleeping pills. The person who told me to try this was advised by a therapist while she was an inpatient in a mental ward (also depression) and it has helped her too. If you enjoy doing different crafts, then give this a try too.

These colouring books are AMAZING! I would recommend these to anyone! Very very relaxing me and my Girlfriend where sat around 2 hours just colouring and were in complete silence all the way thru'. My girlfriends mind normally works overtime even while watching TV so she bought these to try and relax her mind and it does work!

Good quality paper, very little bleed-through with sharpies, and my children spend hours created multi-coloured marvels.

Some nice patterns but I prefer intricate detailed designs but this has large colouring sections. Will run out the felt tips quite quickly!

I love this thing! You pick it up and 2hours later you have no clue where the time goes. Sooo relaxing and great book to get away from day to day life

Love my adult coloring book...

Love the adult coloring books. It was recommended by my doctor to use the coloring coloring books as therapeutic to help reduce stress and anxiety. I color in this book every night before bed. The patterns are relaxing and I sleep much better at night. Love that I can do something I enjoy without putting alot of thought into what I am doing. I am sure that is why I find it so relaxing. Will definitely be ordering more and giving then as gifts.

Fantastic product

This book is made with a paper that has a nice tooth and the colors show up well. I loved all of the patterns in this book, I think I may have colored this cover to cover because I liked all of the pages. I ordered more books from this company because I liked it so much!
