Not your average fish oil! I love that it has triple strength and CoQ-10: not only it's good for your heart and general wellbeing, your skin, hair and nails will also thank you. My nails are definitely stronger and shinier, and I feel great overall.

-smaller size than your typical fish oil softgel cap and larger than a tynelol arthritis.- like the no real fishy burp up taste afterwards, my favorite brand has a slight one..-i don’t care for the rough like texture of the gel cap nor its thickness —no need to be consuming more stuff than needed every day when it could be made thinner like my normal brand.-not a fan of the multiple fish source used to make these, 7 in all i believe, my normal brand has 2.overall your typical gnc made brand supplement, not bad but, not the best.. Have used gnc supplements in past, usually gnc supplements were priced accordingly but, the $35 price for this one is seriously too much IMO especially when you can get one of the better high quality brands (like Xtend-Life Omega 3/QH Fish Oil) with limited fish sources for $28.. As for how this GNC one works, i haven’t notice any of the progress my favorite brand has made being undone so far so i guess these are helping just the same but, i’ll be going back to my normal trusted brand when these run out since it costs less and doesn’t have multiple fish sources..
