Easy cleaning makes up for slightly less cold retention. I bought this after the lid of my Simple Modern tumbler exploded and I realized how gross it was. I love how easy it is to clean this one! I put only ice water in it and cubes can last up to 5 hours, stays cool 8 hrs or more depending on room temp. (In Texas). I enjoy the simplicity and it serves its purpose, I mainly use this in the house and in car to run errands. I would buy this one again, for that purpose. HydroFlask does sell replacement straws, so hopefully this will last for a long time. I do drop it fairly frequently and it’s not spill proof, so just understand what you’re getting. I would recommend an actual flask type with a spill proof feature for hiking or exercise, this one will get you wet!

Love the beautiful color and quality! My coffee stays warm the entire day. It’s dishwasher safe, and the lid functions well. The 20oz size fits in any cup holder and it’s durable for daily use.

This cup is amazing, very light, and very durable! It keeps drink cold for hours! It is spill proof when tipped over, however it will leak drops from straw when held upside down. The size is perfect and is a beautiful shade of pink, not to flashy and very stylish!I highly recommend this cup!

I use this cup daily ! I love the size and shape of the cup how it flares at the top. It keeps my drink cold or hot. The cute color is a bonus. Super easy to clean.

I'm a long time hydro flask user and I trust the quality of their stuff. I was excited for this 12 oz size so it would fit perfectly in my car's cup holder and smaller capacity since I hardly ever finish my 16 oz tumbler of coffee.Unfortunately, it seems that I received a returned and used tumbler. It had brown water stains on the inside, the cap lip had some debris, and this you can't see in the pictures but it smelled sour, like it-went-bad sour. Probably from whatever liquid got trapped in there and fermented.Anyways, apparently hydro flask deals with customer support themselves (not Amazon) for their products, the contacting and return/exchange has to go directly through hydro flask. Right now they're backlogged with online tickets (chat function coming soon but isn't live at the time of this review). Like a 5-7 business day wait, which is okay and I could also call them during their business hours and possibly have to wait on hold for a while and then hopefully we wouldn't have any communication issues because I'm a little slow with auditory processing lol so I need things repeated or said slowly. Anyways...I liked making purchases and returns when Amazon just dealt with the customer service part of it. It was super easy, convenient, no misunderstandings since everything was typed out. Also drop off was easy. Well, le sigh. Hope you don't get a used and sinky tumbler if you didn't want one.I hope I get my money back or a replacement lol. I still want this tumbler! It's so cute! It’s so convenient to lug around all day, especially when you’re driving, while keeping the drink cool for hours. I dropped it a few times onto the carpet without anything leaking from the side of the lid or incurring any dents. Only a small splash came out from the top of the straw when it did somersaults and ricocheted off things on the way down. The only thing is that the suction on the lid is so strong, sometimes it takes a little effort to detach it from the cup for cleaning. Otherwise, the silicone straw comes off and on easily, along with a separate plastic straw that connects to it underneath the lid.

Just the right size. When on the road my wife and I get a extra large soda and then four it into these. They fit perfectly into the cars cup holders and stay cold for hours.

The mug itself works great. The lid is a poor design. It leaks. I used it for a few weeks while driving to work and 8 times out of 10, I spilled coffee down my front and had to smell coffee all day. I gave up and bought a different brand.
