Arrived with fittings different from the paking list, in the wrong box. Instructions are basic beyond belief. The soft close mechanism fouls the cupboard door and will not extend fully, and it is only suitable for 18mm carcasses: apart from that, it's a heavy duty job, but unfortunately not cutting the mustard for me. The Hafele system at least caters for all available caecasss thicknesses.is better in these respects.
