Good Stuff
I refurbished a 1975 fiberglass fishing vote and had to remove all of the old foam under the floorboard. After watching youtube videos on how to install, I used the "drill a hole in my brand new floor and pour it it" method. This product worked very well. It expands very fast once mixed so you have to plan for that.... This kit expanded and covered an area about 4 feet wide by at least 7 feet long. The area is also about 3 or 4 inches thick. New wood bracing took up some of the space too. I would use again in a heartbeat. My boat is 16 feet long with a step up in the front. I did not have enough to put foam in the front of the boat. Use protective gloves. It's very messy.

Easy to use, super strong at 4lb density.
Really great product. It was pretty accurate as far as the yield. The 2 gallon kit wasn't enough for my first round, but ordering another 2 gal kit will fill the entire floor under the bow cabin on a 21 ft sailboat. 4 cubic feet at over 80 degrees, low humidity. Mixing can get messy, but small batches of 300ml was about perfect to mix small batches and build layers until the cavity was full with great results. Follow the directions and it's great.

works well
I used this under a new deck I put in an older boat. It did what it said it would do. It appears strong yet easy to work with. Priced well.

Do a better job of sealing jugs
You guys need to do a better job of sealing the containers, both boxes had leaks from the gallon jugs, that stuff wasn't cheap

Pour a thin layer.
We replaced the floor of out fish and ski boat. Needed to replace the foam as well. This worked great. Mixed it for 60 seconds and poured it into the stringers. Ended up only use half of it. Withing 5 minutes we were able to trim down to size. Best advice on it when pouring is only pour a thin layer no more than 1 to 1.5inchesbthick as this swells to fit.

2nd bad batch in this size.
As a small business owner, I used this product in quart size several times a week to encapsulate my electronics. The stuff worked excellent until the last drop, so I stepped up to the gallon size. The first batch basically no reaction (as seen in the photo). I ordered a replacement gallon set and it had the exact same problem. I don't know if this stuff sat on the shelf too long, got exposed to abnormal temperature, improperly mixed at the factory or what but I need to move on to a different brand. There is also no lot code or date of manufacture on the bottles so quality control is suspect. In the HDPE mold, you can see the bad version vs the old good version above slightly out of focus.

Great product for the money.
Used this for flotation foam under my floor of my 88 malibu ski boat. This stuff is well worth the money. Make sure you have the boat at an angle to allow for the product to rub into the cavity that is being filled. Also note that mixing to much for a smaller area should be tested first. See how much this stuff expands before hand. It will cause pressure on the object being filled and can cause some bowing if you add to much. But great product for the money.
