Very nice clubs. Solid and good feel. I don't get the spin that you see some of the pros put on it, where it pulls back like 15'. I get just enough spin that ball sits and pulls back a foot or so. Usually enough so it doesn't keep rolling past the hole. I would def recommend these clubs. They are well made, should last a long time.

There is no insane back spin from the barely visible microgrooves, microgrooves that are "illegal". Using the term "illegal is a good way to sell cheap chinese knock-offs for people looking for some advantage. The supposed advantage will never be realized.There is zero bounce to the grind, these will dig a divot to China (where maybe you can return it?)The back spin is there, just not any better than a Ping or a Volke.I gave it three stars as it does work, and I guess if you are using a rusty wedge from 2004 this might be an upgrade, so for $99 for three wedges, sure, enjoy them, but there is no magic back spin obtained.The Microgroove, you have to use a magnification 40x to even be able to distinguish if there are [illegal] grooves cut into the face. Those aren't going to do anything for you, these are nothing like a Ping Eye 2 with the knife edge square cut grooves.Again, if you don't have anything else in your bag but an old rusty 60°, you'll like these just fine, but if you are an experienced player with a descent set of wedges, you aren't going to gain anything by the "illegal" grooves.

There is nothing a golfer, even a mediocre one like me, likes more than a new club. This is a very nice set of three wedges. The steel shafts are nice and stiff. My other clubs are graphite, but I don’t swing wedges hard enough for it to make a difference. The grips are comfortable but slightly smaller than I prefer - I have big hands - but if that becomes a problem it is super easy to re-grip a club. I’m six feet tall, and the length is good for me. Weight and balance are great.The “illegal groves” turn out to be very small, shallow, and wavy lines across the club face. This produces a sort of “nail file” effect that does give the ball a whole lot more backspin and and bite. I tried them out in the back yard to get a sense of what they are capable of, and I liked them a lot. I’ll have a much better idea once I’ve had them out on the course, but it does look like these wedges will stop the ball on a dime.

These are very decent for the price. They look good and feel sturdy. These wedges look like they will work great and feel good in my hands. They seem like they will handle well and grips seem decent. Cannot wait to get on the course next weekend and try them.

These clubs are SICK! I can get SO much spin on the ball with ease. If you can swing a club, then ball manipulation puts a grin across your face when it dead stops on the green or spins back 5-20 yards. The quality is good enough to sit in my bag with Titleist AP710's. Get them. Just do it. You'll have so much more fun than using a single $100 wedge with no grooves.
