Carhartt Women's Ashland Bib Overall

I'm 5'3" and 268 pounds at time of writing, with generous hips and bust. I have a long torso, and short legs. I purchased a women's 3x and I honestly could have gone down to a 2x and probably should have ordered the short version - these overalls are quite long on my legs! They're roomy, which I'm taking in stride: perfect for layering in cold weather. The material is lightweight, but feels sturdy. I like the way they look on me. I LOVE the pockets - there's so many pockets! DEEP pockets! I find the adjustments on the straps to be easy to use, and I also like the clasping mechanism. It's not a snap and it's not a hook. The zipper on the zipper pocket is nice and smooth, and has not gotten stuck. They are a dark black, so I will be washing them by themselves (or with some of my faded pants for dye...) first, to avoid dyeing my other clothes. Just in case. Looking very forward to wearing these overalls as often as I can.

I absolutely love these. I am 5’5”, 195 lbs, wear a size 16-18, depending on the manufacturer and style. I bought a size XXL, which is actually what I usually wear because I like a little room to move. I was concerned that these would swallow me whole because Carharrt tends to run big, but I decided that I would be so mad if I ordered an XL and they were snug that I erred on the side of something larger. These are perfect. If you are buying them to look cute and fit like a glove, you’re n the wrong place. If you want something that is roomy, durable, has deep pockets, had a tiny bit of stretch, and looks cute because you wish you were a hobbit, then this is perfect. I highly recommend these. I think they are true to size, but also a very relaxed fit. Awesome for rolling around in the yard, which is what I do. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, especially because I they were also a good price for a quality article of clothing that I plan to be buried in.

Fits perfectly for a short person very roomy and comfortable. I can work in them well very well-made nice and cool for the summer.

Fit true to size. Perfect length and even had a little room in them. No tight fit! Love them so comfortable and warm. Color is solid. Material is of great quality! Cute style. Easy to put on.

When I bought these fit was nice, loose and a good length. Size xs. Did have to extend the straps fully. After washing and drying through the years they are just barely acceptable (bought in 2018 was gonna buy another pair in a size up to try out but they are out of the small). Too close to camel toe for me now and the leg length barely ok. Usually regular lengths are too long on me. Width is still ok as a ton of extra fabric annoys me. I’m not quite 5’5”, short legs, long torso usually a size 2/26 in jeans, vary between xs or s in bottoms. I don’t layer a ton under these now just switch to my lined Carhartts which are all an xs with plenty of room. These are also shorter and more narrow than my cotton striped Carhartt overalls same size. So size up from your usual carhartt size if u have a long torso...or a chest probably (I wouldn’t know). Also sucks that a hammer won’t go into the hammer holder. I’m a gardener/grower and I use it for staples and things tho. Like that my phone can go into the front pocket. I have a thick case so it doesn’t totally zip but enough to stay put. Like the weight of the fabric and stretch is nice. Like my 100%cotton ones for warmer days as these don’t breath as well. I don’t think any carhartt clothing is flattering these make me look wider than I am and I feel like an overgrown toddler boy but I also don’t really care. I need clothes with double knees, fabric that doesn’t snag too easily, and pockets so I buy them.

I bought these for general farm work and they are now my favorite overalls that I own!! I have several pairs of overalls for each season, Duluth gardening overalls for spring, and Insulated carhartts for winter.however I didn't have a mid weight pair yet for fall weather and cooler temps so I bought these. For reference I'm size 14 Jean's and I bought these in a large. When I first tried these on they fit good but were a bit on the tight side, however being brand new I knew they would wear in. After their first wash however they felt like they shrunk quite a bit, a title disappointed, but after wearing them 2 days afterwards they fit even better than Before!! The material of these is amazing! Not too heavy like your standard duck material, and nice and soft with a little stretch in them. another feature I love is that the shoulder straps don't have any elastic on them like your regular overalls,They are just the duck material. Which is nice because they actually stay in place instead of constantly having to adjust the straps like with ones with elastic. I'm 5'8" and the length is perfect. I'm always mucking in manure and hate when the bottoms get dirty though so I just roll these up though and it's just fine! These keep me clean when I do chores and surprisingly they aren't hot on warm days. Can't say enough good things about them! So comfy and worth every penny!

These are super comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight and not stiff at all to hinder mobility in them. Great value at the sale price so I ordered two pairs. They don’t smell if that were an issue for some people, other than “new”. The top clips may be slightly tricky to undo if you are pushing it running to the toilet in a frantic, but I like that they don’t unlock easily with slack in the straps, like other overalls have. Easy to get on and off with loose fit. I’m 5’3” and got the XS short. I have the straps almost all the way out so they don’t look like high waters or go up my crotch when bending all the way at the knee. Reinforced knees aren’t super thick, good for bending and will use a knee pad when on concrete anyway for joints @39yrs old. Large torso pouch would make it easy to layer, but I’m only 100lbs so I could fit a sweater or 2. Love the pockets of many sizes, the zipper chest pocket and places for tools to hang. I’m glad I got two. The light pair is almost too cute to ruin actually working in, I may have to order a 3rd! I LOVE these!!

These are perfect! I was surprised how soft but durable the fabric is. The fit is as expect . Couldn't beat the price even with shipping it was barely over 50! For Carhartts! I picked these so I could dress in layers or use them in the summer. I am not disappointed!

Es un peto estupendo, la tela es ligeramente elástica y es súper cómodo. Lo único es que da mucha talla, uso habitualmente la talla 40, según el tallaje de carhartt usaría una talla M, pero la S me está perfecta., me puedo meter un jersey por debajo (no uno gordo). Los tirantes son un poco cortos, mido uno 1,71m y los tengo hasta el final.

These overalls are super comfortable. I love the strech to the fabric. Seems to be well made. I could have sized down 1. Lots of room.

I chose it a little bit oversized so that i can wear warm clothes underneath during cold days. I've been wearing it for 2 weeks now and I can assure that it is very comfortable and very warm. I love the different pockets and the cut.
