What are dimensions of the small litter pan, i need one for a miniature schnauzer puppy. she is 3 pounds.

I know this isn’t an answer your dimension question but I have some important advice: Go for a larger one!!!! Please don’t buy the small box. I did and I was instantly sorry. I have a 1 year old Havanese and started training him with a littler box at around 3-4 months. He was tiny then and even full grown now, he’s only 13 pounds. I went through SO MANY litter boxes that didn’t work for him because they were simply too small. Please don’t be fooled by your puppy’s diminutive size. She will need lots of space to find the perfect spot to do her business. A lot of dogs (like mine) do a little walk around in a circle before settling in to poop. Without enough space to do that twirl, your girl may just give up and go so her business elsewhere. No bueno! My boy, Teddy, uses the whole box space for his twirl and STILL just makes his deposit at the very edge of the box. Not a millimeter is wasted. 2 inches smaller and he’d hit the floor. Urination is easier; he just walks two front paws into the box and leans forward and does his thing. It’s amazing. But dogs are less finicky about that process. It’s the poop where they get high maintenance. You don’t want to make THAT process hard for her or she’ll just make up her own rules/location. 😳 In the end, the best and final litter box (after...4 failed purchases?) for my guy was the So Phresh in the LARGE. I know...Sounds crazy. Sounds excessive! It’s not. I don’t know if this is your first puppy or dog. My Teddy was my very first dog, so my learning curve was STEEP. I don’t want you to waste time and money like I did. You can’t go wrong by over-providing on the litter box (or the litter, but that’s another overly-long comment). My guy now is such a champ. His accuracy and independence is close to 100 percent. He’d be at a perfect 100 percent if the box were even 2-3 inches BIGGER. And if I’m perfectly honest, the box and its size did most of the training! Once I got the size right, all I had to do was fill it with litter and Teddy did the rest. If you build it, she will come 😂. Trust me. And congratulations!!

What size / dimensions is the large?

It is 20" x 23" by 5" high. I have an Italian Greyhound (10 lbs) she prefers a larger box, but she will use this one. I have a storage container from IKEA that is 22" x 30" by 7" high that works great, too, if you have the space.

What is this made of?? Will it crack easily or is it hard rubber??

It isn’t rubber, it is a hard plastic but I haven’t had any issues with it cracking. They work really well for my old cats who have trouble with boxes with higher sides.

Is there a lid for this?

no lid. My dog passed away. I am using it for a planter box.
