The lack of installation notes made me ask a question of the seller, but that was answered quickly. There is a gap under the burner where the 3 gas jets feed the burner itself. These should be there and the screws are to regulate the airflow. I connected the gas to the unit and boy does it give off some heat. Great for outdoor cooking. Really heavy and sturdy, I am delighted with it.

At 9.5 kw this is a great burner, solidly built but much larger than I imagined.

First one was faulty but contacted seller and they replaced it straight away. Good sturdy piece of equipment and excellent value for money.

Poor quality casting on top of being sent the version designed for another country and unsuable in the UK. Poor casting as underneath showed welding marks under the paint. Suspect the paint would rapidly burn off but never used. Sent back same day as received. Not likely made in the UK such was its quality.

Excellent does a great job all good

Arrived quickly well packaged. Fairly easy to assemble. Looks good i have not used in anger yet as its winter but will update once i have used. I had in mind that the the top of the burner would be dished to take a round bottom wok this is not the case the top of the burner is flat.

Bought it for £49.99 which is good value but the instructions that come with it are terrible (see attached photos) which is the only reason why I'm giving 1 star review.Apart from the above it feels sturdy and is of a good size, when contacting Viper about the instructions someone called back promptly and explained what the final bolts in step 4 do.I haven't used it yet but am sure it works fine and if it doesn't I'll update the review and I'll also update my review if they change the instructions and actually send out something useful
