These are great for last minute travel or in-between washes. I had a cold and didn't want to dunk my head underwater to shampoo and conditioner and these caps have both. I didn't heat mine, but they were room temperature. The mixture is pretty gentle on hair. I have short curly hair so there no issues. I have a small head so there was some dripping near the nape but I just patted with a towel. I would definitely recommend these.

Worked well! After a recent hip replacement, I was nervous about getting into the shower to wash my hair. I used some dry shampoo products but they felt like they made my hair heavier. This product worked great! It really cleansed my hair. Just rub it in, towel dry and blow dry. It was great!

I bought these to use for a few weeks after surgery. I have rather thick hair and it did great for that. But it left my hair feeling kinda icky and it had a "crunch" to it after it dried as if I had used gel. I did not. I wasn't completely impressed.
