The controller arrived in perfect condition, completely new. The box was intact and included all the accessories. It comes with its manual and all the protective packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. I tested it as soon as it arrived and it worked perfectly; I’ve been using it for over a month now and it still works flawlessly, with no analog stick drift or any functional issues. Highly recommended.

Great product and nice looking red on the controller

I decided to buy this Ps5 controller after 4 years of use of the classic xbox s1 controller. It had incredibly bad stick drift to where it was affecting my gameplay.After over 5 months of use on this controller I've had zero issues with stick drift and the connection is perfect on both wired and wireless connection. Although the controller is white, it doesn't pick up dirt easily and stays clean if you wash your hands.Overall, fantastic controller and will purchase again if I ever need to.

Great purchase

I know PlayStation has gotten cheaper I bought a brand new PS5 in December The controller broke under normal use within about 6 months so I ordered a new one from Sony other than it being late the box was delivered undamaged after opening it the $80 controller which was difficult to get out of the box I noticed there was no charging cable I mean seriously Sony if I'm going to buy a brand new controller directly from you who will probably not last 6 months and I'm not even a gamer you could at least throw in another charging cable your price point is too high your product is gotten cheaper Sony I'm disappointed I've had the first Sony all the way up to this one that's how old I am and a brand that I always thought was one of the biggest leagues is now come down a few notches as being phoning in their quality I hope the controller works I'm in the charging process of it and we'll set it up if there's an issue I will get back to you soon

What to say ... It works .. the batt on my old controller was weak. Nice to have a new one. Fair price.

After playing 2 games on occasion over the past 2 years, my controller started acting up. The characters and curser would start turning left without me touching the controller. Found out this "stick drift" was a common issue with PS5 controllers. Bought another controller from amazon and it was doing the same thing straight out of the box! Started thinking it was something to do with my PS5.Decided to try replacing the potentiometer in my original unit. It required some soldering and replacement parts, but fixed the problem.Sony needs to improve these controllers. After decades of gaming, this is the only type of controller I have had an issue with, and it is also the one I have used the least! Realize if you buy this, you may have a $75 brick after a short period of time. It makes me consider different gaming platforms altogether. Planned obsolescence at its finest!
