First off.... I don't think I've ever written a review on here. If so, it's not been many. I was so impressed by this thing though I felt like I had to let others know. So many of these have such weak components, particularly where the top of the tripod meets. The bottom of the ring light. That's where all the problems are. Loom cube has done a brilliant job of making that massively fortified. The fact that this is wireless and so adjustable just puts it leaps and bounds over the others. Don't waste your time on the junk. Thank you. This is easily two to 3x better than the neweer that's just a little less. Much higher quality. They're actually trying to build a brand here.

Love this light ring has a lot different settings to adjust the lighting, great quality it’s worth the price to be honest. Easy to use and you can adjust the height and more.

One of the biggest drains on my companies budget is gear. I have purchased so many different lights that, within months, do not hold the angle, or the thread comes loose, or my large phone does not fit well. It is frustrating. Lume always has two shoe mounts for lights and a mic. The best part is that they last. The only reason I buy again is my company has grown, and so has our media production. Buy it right the first time with LumeCube. I have the small one that I walk on the beach to broadcast, and I have 5 of this pro version. I bought two to go behind my podcasting desk to highlight each person. They were so easy to set up, and both lights connected to the same remote. They work, they last, and you will not go wrong. I used to get so frustrated setting up lighting and now it is a breeze.

I wanted to use this light around sensitive microphones (I use an MKH 416), it makes an audible ringing at 10Khz that makes that impossible. The remote also makes a ton of noise that mics can pick up. Too noisy for video work that requires audio recording. A rough estimate depending on your gear is that you can expect to pick up the noise from around 3 feet away.

So lightweight compared to my plug in ring light. I can film YouTube and tie Tok videos, outside and in any room in my house by simply carrying it. I bought this for travel and it's about half the weight of a regular ring light. The temperature settings are great as well, you can adjust to Cool or warm temperatures. It's not quite as bright as a plug in ring light, however for outside it's perfect, even in the evening. Charging the battery is way and it comes with a remote.
