As you can see this product comes safety and freshness sealed with the cotton to keep the pills in one place during shipment. Upon opening the smell was not bad and it clearly had the turmeric and earthy smell that you get from these herbal type products.The pill is about as long as a quarter in a gelcap form. There is no taste and it goes down easy with water which i always recommend as it is no phone having a gelcap start to open when it sticks to the throat when you don't use water or enough water. How many of you know what I am talking about?I usually wait an hour or two looking for any reactions such as heartburn or indigestion or other side affects and there were not any. This is always a good sign that you can tolerate the med and there has not been any adulteration or substandard ingredients. The pills were good.The ingredients used are good for your overall health as Turmeric is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. The other ingredients do tend to focus on the prostate according to literature and some studies. I have reached a point in my life where my counterparts are having issues, some serious. I'd prefer to not deal with that and keep eating healthy, exercising and taking appropriate supplements with a known track record of providing results. Genetics does play a factor but I do know these products can help.This product goes in the cabinet with my other good supplements!

These are easy to take and have a nice list of vitamins and minerals but I am not sure if I notice a difference from taking them.
