For the money, you simply can't beat Kiwi knives. They are lightweight, feel great in the hand and are a joy to prepare food with. Sure, you can get a "better" knife from Japan or Germany, but you'll spend ten times as much. If you want a good, sharp chef knife without breaking the bank, Kiwi is where it's at.

These are such good knives, they keep a super sharp edge and they’re perfectly lightweight. These are my go to knife for sushi rolls in a professional setting. I even got them for the employees I manage, but I still don’t let them use mine haha

Incredibly sharp knife at an extremely low price. I don't know how it will take to resharpening, as some blade shapes are very hard to resharpen without the right equipment, but works very well for now. Edge has continued to hold after a few weeks' use thus far.
