This formula has most of all the herbs typically found in a prostate blend. Most importantly saw palmetto.Although there are 120 capsules, the serving size is 4, so this bottle only lasts 30 days.The downside is they do not tell you the dosage of each ingredient. This information is CRUCIAL to know how much you are getting. Instead they just lumped everything together in one line as the "blend." But I need to know how much of saw palmetto I am getting to know if I can use this formula over others. Without that information I am not sure this supplement will be much use to a lot of people. Even if it works you will never be able to compare to other products without more specific information.

Easy to swallow. Great ingredients and works. I used the entire bottle of this and felt great while taking. I switched to another supplement and immediately missed this and felt the new one was worse. I'll be switching back to this one. Highly recommend. The price is worth it and the ingredients are premium. 5 star and regret switching away from it.
