The ring turns of after one day and the support is not helping me. Now the ring turns not on anymore and still no help. Support is telling me to update the ring wich is empty and so not able for an update. Better pay more money for a better brand with good customer aupport

I love this ring! It’s comfortable, and provides detailed and acurate information! What I love most about it is that it is subscription free, and it has the lowest EMF exposure and literally cancels it out once the phone is in airplane mode or Bluetooth is switched off, yet it still collates the data and syncs when the device settings are switched back on. The only thing I’d like to see changed is the fact that you have to put the ring back on the charger to take off of airplane mode, this feels unnecessary. Especially when you have to do this daily, if you prefer to monitor sleep while reducing emf exposure. The only thing I’d change is the fact that you have to put it on the charging deck to take it off airplane mode. There may be a good reason for this, but it does seem unnecessary and is a pain to do each day.

The ring is good but some features are missing which is of the paid subscription so not everything is free. Also the battery life is less than 3 days.

手首にウェアラブルバンドを使ってたのですが、寝てる時につけているのが嫌だったので、スマートリングにしました、軽くて付け心地もよく、今のところは気にいってます。 スマートリングのブランドとしては、海外ではそれなりに人気があるようですね。 アプリの表示項目は多くて、よくある活動量以外に回復や睡眠は細かいデータが表示されます。 睡眠改善が目的で購入したのですが、朝に振り返ると、前日の活動量や飲酒、寝た時間の影響など良かったり悪かった気付きがあります。 またPowerplugsといわれる追加機能で、睡眠に関連するようなカフェイン摂取の推奨時間帯がみれたり、日光浴の時間記録、スマホのスクリーンタイムの可視化、体内時計のリズムなどいろいろな機能があり、まだ上手く使いこなせてないですが、睡眠の質向上に活かせたらなと思ってます。 バッテリーは3日前後といった感じです、追加機能をオンにしてたり、アプリもよく見るほうだと思うので、仕事中に座ってるときに2、3日に1回充電してます。 リングの中には安いのもいろいろあるようですが、データが数値やグラフで細かく表示され、追加機能もありお値段するだけの高機能なリングだなと思ってます。月額料金がかからないのもいいですね。 睡眠改善と、回復も意識して使い続けたいなと思います。

Feels more comfortable than the sizing kit, smoother and more comfortable. compliments my stainless steel watch cases, and is pretty accurate so far.
