feels great, flips great
Got this thing a day before expected, and i feels great. i love how it flips. the only complaint is that it has a small chip off the bottom of one of the handles. other than that it’s great.

excellent quality but too expensive
this is top quality, but i frankly dont find it worth it. i found myself keeping a balisong for 1/3 the price, that has near equivellant quality. i will say the bearings in this thing do give it a bit more flip, but if you get used to the weight, it really doesnt make a difference. i am a beginner, so maybe i'm neglecting some technical quality differences, but if you're shopping on amazon, for a dull blade, you probably know about as much as i do. i've tested dozens of butterfly trainers, and compared to other aluminum balisongs, this is not that much better. additionally, aside from the little squiggle at the base of the "blade" the left and right side are identical, so it is hard to tell the difference between the safe handle and bite handle. i will say, that i DO like that it looks much less threatening than other trainers, because of its spiky haired smiley face. so it looks more like a toy. that made me feel more at ease flipping it in public places.
