Updated: Everything has been working great. We've gotten a good hatch rate and it's easy to clean as long as you remember to take the rollers out on time

I love this incubator I have a 90% hatch rate with it but I only use the bottom. I find that when I use the top and bottom all of the top eggs block the heat from the bottom eggs as the heat and fan are on the lid. I still would recommend this incubator to anyone

Damaged on side. Instructions aren't clear on azzembly but after a few minutes you can definitely figure it out. Terrible hatch rate. No stability in humidity or heat. Constantly fluctuating. Reached out to company to correct and they offered refund which they didn't actually do.. they offered to send replacement incubator which they also didn't actually do. Everyone had dropped the ball with no interest in correction. Please do not waste time money or energy on this incubator

I had about a 65% hatch rate. Which may be my fault because I threw some eggs in there that I wasn’t sure that hen was exposed to a rooster. I feel like the eggs on the top level hatched better than the bottom. The light 💡 to check development was not very bright I ended up using a flash light. It was hard to hold the right humidity. It said to add the provided bottle of water once a day. But I’d add some before bed and when I’d wake up the humidity was very low. That could have been the reason for a poor hatch rate as well. Also I added a picture of the eggs getting bunched up on one side. At the turn they started to make their way down the row. I figured it was the way they were facing since one side of the egg is larger than the other. There is a hole in the grate I’m assuming so you can remove it easier and put your finger through to grab it. Well one chick got its head stuck in it after he hatched. And the chicks before were just pecking him. He was okay though. One difficulty I had was once the last three day. When the rollers were removed. And I would lift the top level to get access to the bottom level, all the eggs on the top level just rolled to one side. I didn’t want to take the entire top off and risk shrink wrapping the babies. So it was very hard the first 5-10 days to check for development on the bottom eggs. Because the alarm would go off because the temp dropped. That alarm was so loud the neighbors could hear it haha. It looks hard to build, but it wasn’t. It was pretty easy to use. It was easy to clean, I unscrewed the fan covers and blew it out and cleaned everything with half peroxide and half water. It says it hold 120 eggs but that was very hard to fit. I was able to get 112 in the next batch. But 3 dozen were bantam eggs so that’s why I was able to fit them. The first batch I fit 92. Next batch I’m hoping has a better batch rate as I learned from mistakes with the first batch.

Bought this egg incubator a while ago and it's still working great, it holds a good amount of eggs , you can also control the temperature.

This is my first incubator. I had great luck with it. User friendly and easy to setup and clean. I had a great hatch rate for my first time. Would definitely purchase again.

I just bought this a few weeks ago. I have it full of eggs at this time. I am not sure that I like it however. I put in an addition device to tell me the temp and the humidity and it is not registering nearly as high as the incubator itself. I tried the same device on my other two incubators and it is reading the same or within 2-4 degrees. Also with the using the automatic watering device that came with it, the bottle (20 oz) empties within a few minutes and the humidity drops within a few hours and it has to be refilled. Neither of my other two incubators do this.
