Carelessly constructed. Parts missing.
Unit built solid enough, but careless application of very thick paint made this a total pain to install. The ball sockets were all painted solid. It took more than an hour to get the paint out of the ball sockets before they would move at all. The shaft surface on the top rack was so heavily painted that the pillow blocks would not go around the shaft. Another hour or so spent cleaning up these surfaces so the blocks would go on. Just careless workmanship. Top pin and lynch pin missing, not shipped with unit. Only $5, but it should have been there.
