We love ours so much, we had to order more for gifts and share the joy. We bought it as a cute novelty, but it's actually a pretty useful little spatula. The tail is just flexible enough to make spreading a breeze, and it's a good width - wider than a knife, but narrower than a bowl scraper - to get just the right amount of whatever you're spreading. We haven't used it as a jar scraper so far. The bend in the tail makes it look like it would be good for that purpose, but probably for shorter jars. You're hand will still get messy if you try to scrape the bottom of your glutton-sized mayonnaise. We like the cute items from this company. The whimsy is what sells them, but they're actually practical.

Not only is it cute, but it's useful. I've been able to empty out containers now. No more sauce/ condiment jars/bottles being thrown out because we can't reach or scoop it out. And of course it comes as pictured and it's easy to clean.

Well packaged for gifting, this spreader is the perfect gift for a cat lover. The handle is firm while the “blade” has enough flexibility to remove a product from its jar. Sadly it is a little too short to use on American jars for mayonnaise a such. While cute and useful, it’s sadly overpriced.

It is a fun item with a practical purpose which people do not normally admit to publicly but will save the sticky fingers and reduce the scraping sound considerably and be easy to clean.
