Feels very cheap nothing like the pictures

I ordered these glasses as replacements as they closely resemble a set that we already own. I just needed a few so I figured this was a good deal. I received the package a few weeks ago, but really didn’t have cause to open it until now. It just sat in the pantry. The packs was very WELL wrapped (cardboard Amazon box, bubble wrapped box with glasses, each glass had bubble wrap around it) (see photos) so I was a bit puzzled how one of the glasses got pulverized while the remaining glasses were fine. It was the second glass in so it’s not like something crush up against it. I’m not upset, just a bit confused. With that being said, the glasses are heavy and very cute so definitely worth keeping the remaining ones that are intact.
