I originally bought these shoe ice packs for my wife to help her stay cool at night, but after injuring my ankle, I finally gave them a try myself—and I’m so glad I did! They’ve been absolutely amazing for my hurt ankle.I wear a size 10.5 shoe, and while the fit isn’t completely snug (especially with the swelling), it’s close enough to provide real relief. The design allows for good coverage and cooling, and even with my foot being swollen, it still fits well enough to make a noticeable difference.The cold therapy is effective and soothing, and the convenience of slipping them on like shoes makes them so much easier to use than traditional ice packs. Really does the job on swollen feet. My feet were killing me from standing on them all day at work. Real good quality and pain relief Easy to use and a good value for your money.

This product is pretty good, not perfect. The straps do work but can slip if mot in the right position. But in the right position they are fine.At times, it doesn’t seem very cold at all. Compared to a bucket with ice, it’s no competition, the ice bucket is colder and more surface e area on your foot but if you want something to say bring it the bed and provide a moderate amount of cold, it’s good. The cold doesn’t last very long. But it’s good enough.Also there is a gap in the foot coverage. It doesn’t covers your toes or Morton’s neuroma area, and there’s a gap at the top of the foot near the ankle.Also if you have plantar fasciitis, there’s not much cold at all on the heel. In fact, it feels like the exact spot you need cold, there’s is none, I’d you have plantar fasciitis. Which is frustrating

I used it for my hot inflamed swollen foot after being stung by a wasp and it worked really well. All but one spot stayed cold for a long time. The part that was on the hottest spot on my foot didn’t stay cold for longer than 20 minutes (bc my foot was literally so inflamed) but the rest of it stayed cold for about 2 hours. I like how the straps are really long so I can wrap around my foot a couple times really securing it. The gel inside stays flexible but very cold

I have plantar fasciitis and try to ice after I walk. the problem is that with a regular ice bag I have to hold it and keep moving it to get it on my heal and on my calf etc. With this I can get my whole foot and calf iced. It fits great, stays on great. I leave my in the freezer all the time. With that, I do have to wear a sock as it gets too cold! Great product. And it comes in this great plastic bag to use in the freezer to keep it separate and clean.

Well AFTER two uses, I can sincerely say these boots are in the top TEN things I’ve experienced and been grateful for in almost 50 years of life!! Seriously!! I’ve tried the ice pack ordered with surgery, Ice in bags, cryopacks, several other ice packs!! Eight weeks after surgery for a massive ankle injury, a fractured/pulverized heel, and multiple other foot fractures. This might seriously help me maintain my sanity and find perseverance! Don’t hesitate & do NOT second guess yourself! I’m the MOST comfortable I’ve been in EIGHT weeks (without pain meds!)!!

Works great for pregnancy swelling on the summer! The Velcro is really strong but works great.
