Works well! Keeps everything cool and one of my biggest fear was it draining the car battery, but it didn’t. I set the temp to 8C and let it on for 2 nights, while camping. The outside temperature was probably around 10C so, it wasn’t running full time, but kept the food and drinks cool. Price is fair and the quality seems good. Very silent too. I slept with it next to me and didn’t bother me at all.

I have used this cooler for 4 camping trips so far and it works flawlessly. I turn it on before filling it up and within about an hour or less it is to the set temp. I set it at 33 degrees and even on a 90 degree day, setting outside the camper, it keeps at set temp. It's nice to only need to buy ice for cocktails 🍸. I have not used the cigarette outlet to power it so I cannot comment on that. My truck has a built in generator so I use that to power the unit when I travel. So far I'm very happy with this cooler. Functionality: Gets to temp very quick Value for money: The money i save buying ice will quickly pay for this. Portable: Not very heavy even when filled with drinks. Space: Holds a lot of beverages.

UPDATE: I drove 4500 miles & used this cooler to keep refrigerator meds cool. It worked like a champ! And I love the fact that it has 2 different kinds of power source options. I used 12 volt in the car, the carried the cooler into my hotel at night & plugged it in. Meds were safe thoughout the whole trip! So happy I purchased this. ORIGINAL:First of all, I received tremendous customer support from the company. When my refrigerator/cooler arrived, I realize that the 12 V connector did not work in my Honda passport, a Toyota tundra, and an Audi S5. However, when I reached out to the company for information on returning it, I got a great gal (Stella) who was all about trying to help. She ended up sending me another 12 V connector which works perfectly in my car! This is probably some of the best customer service I have received. Now the cooler functions with both the 12 V connector and the AC/DC connector. I’m in the southeast so it’s very hot right now. I noticed that it initially took approximately 6-7 minutes for my cooler to go”drop from 60° to 37°. However, after that, it retained the cooler temperature, even sitting in my car unplugged. I was gone for about 1 1/2 hours; when I return to my car, it was still cool. I’m very happy to take this cooler on my 4200 mile road trip! If you are looking at carrying gallon jugs the answer is no. Best used with indivual drinks, and food in smaller containers. Temperature is spot on. Cooled down really quick and able to maintain despite the extreme temperatures outside. Barely heard it running. Very heavy would not be considered a plug in cooler being as condenser weights alot. Haven't checked out DC charge nor solar charge. That's next. Going to buy a larger portable fridge and use this one as a freezer being as it cools quickly and can hold even temperatures in extreme heat. Perfect size for freezer in my world.

This thing is great! Kept our food cold for a long drive to my Moms. The car has to be turned on for it to start. When we stopped for gas and restarted the car it turned back on by itself! Will be great for camping too to have an extra drink cooler.

As a truck driver that is out for the week at a time this thing I bit a year ago more or less and it still works fits in the truck just fine and keeps everything cool if not freezing depending on the setting you choose works great in the s cigarette lighter and the 12 v wall cord works great too
