Aziot smart switch is a good choice to make ur home smart,Working utter smooth,Support Alexa,and Google assistant well,Value for money product.I don't find any negatives,If anything happens I'll update it later...

After researching for a few days, I ultimately opted for AZIOT.Customer Support: The support I received, both telephonically and through WhatsApp, was excellent. I had a conversation with the AZIOT team, who were polite and patient in addressing any queries. (I obtained the contact number from their official website)Delivery: The delivery process was swift. I ordered one piece on Amazon for quality checking and the rest directly from the manufacturer's website. In both cases, the delivery experience was commendable.Build Quality: The build quality is decent, with good touch switches. A notable feature is the glass finishing, unlike other brands with acrylic finishes. It seamlessly complements Anchor Roma plates, ensuring a polished look with no visible gaps.Configuration & Connectivity (Review revised after months of testing): I use the Smartlife app, and it has been working flawlessly. The configuration process is straightforward. Initially, a WiFi router with internet connection is required for switch configuration. The WiFi router should have strong signals throughout the house; otherwise, some switches might show as offline. Once added, the app controls function even on 4G data. Overall, it's an excellent solution.I have installed 12 different switches across the house and plan to add more in the future.

Really liked the way this compact device works.Touch button looks really cute and works smoothly and responds faster.It was easy to set up.Even Customer support were easily reachable and very supportive when had few queries

Very useful and value for money

Bought 3 of the switches and 3 fan controls. Did not fit in our existing switch board and so I had to buy Roma classic.Pros- Easy to install- Seemless to integrate with Alexa- Can be integrated to Home automation (home assistant). No other touch switch has this feature- Works great. Have had no problems so far- Looks great if you install it in a compatible panel- Great customer support. One of the module's touch interface was not working. They replaced the unit pretty fast. Support also answered my questions promptlyCons- The backlight is just too bright and irritating at night. Would have give 5 stars if not for this.- Had to buy new board that will fit the module- Was a bit hard to daisy chain the power line as the wire connection sockets were small. Would be good if they provide one more slot in the module for power outSuggestions:- easy daisy chain support- bit more flexibility so that this can be retrofitted to Legrand and GM boards- some way to diffuse the backlight. I would totally buy even if they sell custom stickers that can dim the back light of the touch switches
