Tasty low-carb, low-calorie snack pot!
These are great if, like me, you're looking to cut down on the carbs. They contain shiritaki noodles, so have a bit of extra bite compared to egg or rice noodles. Easy to prep and actually pretty tasty, so a good snack pot to keep you full but without the calories. More flavours, please!

These are way tastier than you would think... Like all konjac noodles they initially have a horrible fishy smell when you open the packet to drain the water, but once you add the seasoning and water there is no trace of that smell or taste left. They are delicious and filling, and perfect for someone like me who can't eat gluten but loves quick and easy snacks on my lunch break. I'm kind of addicted to them! Well worth a try if you like noodles and don't mind the slightly more rubbery texture of konjac noodles :)
