This is by far my favorite fish sauce. It has a great taste that is very smooth. Great for cooking and for dipping sauces. This is the brand we used in Asia, so we were so happy to be able to get it here.

This 16.9 oz bottle of Chin-Su Fish Sauce from Vietnam is made from barrel aged anchovy blended with artificial salmon flavor and other ingredients giving it a very salty fishy taste. The ingredients are fish extract, water, sugar, salt, and less than 2% MSG, artificial salmon flavor, citric acid, acetic acid, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, sodium benzoate as a preservative, xanthan gum, acesulfame potassium, carmel color, and carmine. That is quite a lot of additives so I will use sparingly. It has many uses such as dip, marinade, and an ingredient in Asian dishes. I got it to mix with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce for veggie stir fry served over rice. The sealed glass bottle arrived well packaged for shipping.
