Avengers: Twilight TPB

Super cool standalone alt universe book. I really enjoy these sorts of books that you don't need any kind of zillion other connected stories with it.

As the title suggests, this is one of the best Marvel series I’ve ever read, and it’s 100% my favorite Avengers/Cap book.

Zdarsky brought our current political climate into the Marvel Universe. This was a great read.

I usually don’t go for one off non-canon stories, but this one was incredible into the future a serumless Steve Rogers resident dystopian future much like ours where everything is censored the media controls all information and people are manipulated and enslaved under the guise of security over freedom. Steve Rogers knows he’s the only one that cares enough to do anything about it out to find a new team to deal with the living threat, other than Tony Stark son Jarvis not all is what it seems. This was surprising. The art is absolutely gorgeous and it is satisfying every single way for Captain America book. Should this book was done set it down in front of me and spent 15 minutes contemplating what I just read as satisfied as sitting back into favorite recliner and turning on the football game after a big Thanksgiving dinner, you’re not if you a new fan or an old one, this story is compelling it is thought-provoking and relevant with the political crisis that we face in this country right now read this book you bought it because of my review You’re welcome

One cant expect much from Marvel these days. Their comics and movies stink, but this story wasnt too bad. How many times has the Red skull schemed behind the scenes to takeover the govt. In Captain America 298 he was portrayed as a lowly bellhop discovered by Adolph Hitler and transformed into the Red skull. Now he is a computer genius and master strategist. Captain America and Marvel need a new villian, and not recycled stories. The art was fair, and the story didnt drag, so it was a fast read.
