Chowder spoon is not the same as a serving spoon
I was expecting a serving spoon, guess I should read better. Just a big soup spoon, hence the name, chowder spoon, duh. I sent them back. No way I’m spending that much for one spoon.

Love this pattern!
We received a set of place setting for our wedding 11years ago and I have been adding pieces since then. I love this pattern and really like these chowder spoons. I always watch for price drops and pick up a couple when they’re on sale. Conversation starter and great weight and feel.

Poor replacement!
The spoon I received was Not Yamazaki; it was a spoon made in China with absolutely no resemblance to the made in Japan Gone Fishin spoon made by Yamazaki!

Beautiful set
I bought 6 of these spoons to go with my 12 piece place setting received for Christmas. Thinking about getting 6 more. I absolutely love the set and the soup spoons.
