Keeps It Fresh!
Great storage sheets for cheese! I have no idea why I was using foil when these were available! They work way better, keeps cheese fresh, and easy to use! If you love cheese but hate that the quality, freshness, and moisture retention is hard to maintain, then try these cheese sheets!

Throwing them out, along with the cheese I had stored in one of these sheets: moldy, mushy, inedible.

Works better than plastic wrap but won't protect indefinitely.
Worked for a number of weeks but cheese molded after so many weeks. Sorry, just don't remember the length of time.

Parchment would be just as good and less expensive
It works, but don't understand why it is black. Have to pencil or magic marker labels now to identify.
