I don't often write reviews for non media products but I was impressed with the quality and got on of those (small business, please review) emails. I know being a successful small business owner is challenging so I feel obligated to leave a review for a great product. I always roast pumpkin seeds around Halloween/Fall. Since I was a kid and now with my kids. I didn't get around to it this year, our pumpkin sits uncarved in the kitchen (so sad) but still got the seed cravings seeing all the pumpkins around. So I was ordering some dried blueberries (which were so good its stupid) from this same company for oatmeal on behalf of my mom and wife and saw these pumpkin kernels. I was suspicious because I have not once liked any pumpkin seeds I have bought other than those we roast. They are almost always bitter and way salty. Eating them makes me think I am not doing my body any favors from a nutritional standpoint. Anyway, long story short, (too late right?) these are amazing. They taste great, are really lightly salted, and appear very wholesome. My 3 year old and I sit in a easy chair and snack them together. My dad (we live like the Waltons, three generations all together) is also a big seed/nut eater too was really impressed as well. I will definitely be buying more. I don't know much about Road Island as I am a Southerner (other than it is totally unfair they get the same governmental representation as the other state, no offence guys) but I can tell you they do these food products right. I am going to order and try some of their other products. I wish them continued success. Happy eating and reading.

These are delicious! The roast is good quality, the flavor is fresh and tasty! I stored half in the fridge and half in the freezer in glass jars to preserve the quality and taste.

I purchased these Gerbs shelled pumpkin seeds several times; they are a great healthy snack, along with sunflower seed kernels. The bulk bag is stored in the freezer with smaller amounts in the refrigerator. This makes sure they retain their quality. Just the right amount of salt.

The Gerbs lightly salted pumpkin kernels are delicious and healthy. The package is fresh I add them to salad and yogurt and also just throw back a handful. I am allergic to nuts an allergy that just came up in my late 40s and I was devastated trying to find some alternative. There is no looking back now.

Wow these were great and I didn't have to worry about my nut allergies. I also threw some in a pie and place of pecans and walnuts and it was delicious. Thinking about adding to some congealed salad, Salads, Chex mix trash and Cookies! But they are tasting alone and it is the perfect amount of salt and this is coming from someone that really really doesn't salt their food. I feel like I got a lot for my money and I will be buying again when these are gone. The pie that I made was a tollhouse pie And it was so good.
