Easiest way to take Methylene Blue
There’s so much info out there but much of what I found suggests that a minimum effective dose for Methylene Blue is .5mg per kilogram of bodyweight. The liquid droppers are about .25mg per drop so you have to drink a lot of it and it can taste pretty nasty in addition to making your tongue (and anything else it touches) blue. These capsules have 12mg each so you can cleanly swallow many milligrams without the bad taste and staining. With the liquid I figured out I was only taking less than 10mg at a time and didn’t feel much. Two capsules (24mg) and I can feel it in my workouts. I suck at math so I can’t compare the price of the liquids vs the capsules but the convenience alone is worth it to me. I can keep capsules on me while I’m out and about rather than having to carry a bottle and should that bottle ever leak then you’ve probably ruined your clothes or bag.

Honest and REAL Product - contains methylene blue and works
This product is honest and does in fact actually contain methylene blue.I have tried MANY brands on Amazon and this is the only one I have had success with.Nutricel Blue Boost is on the right, 2 capsules.Another inferior brand is on the left. The glass on the left is 4 capsules.

Good quality!
Compared to the brand I was using, NeuroNova from WM, this is much better. I won’t buy the other one from WM again. Nutricel seems more effective. Price per tablet is not always the best deal. I’m going with Nutricel!

Subtle but noticeable — feels like it helps me stay more balanced
I bought this after reading up on methylene blue’s potential across energy, mood, and overall cellular function. I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but it seemed promising as something that might be benefical. After just a few days of daily use, I started noticing a difference — nothing intense, but I didn’t feel as sluggish during the day. It was like a subtle recalibration; I felt more balanced, more like myself again. Not wired, just steady. It’s not something I can point to with hard evidence, but the effect was consistent enough that I reordered a second bottle. Everyone responds differently, but for me, it’s become part of my daily routine for good reason.Update: Recommended it to a friend who reports the same and bought a bottle for my mother and pending results.Update 2: Great for my mother too, somedays she notices it more than others as it is subtle but she wants to continue taking it.

Slight Blue Boost!
I have been taking the Nutricel "blue boost" for a few weeks. No side effects of any sort. I was a little worried because someone posted in their review here that it gave them a stomach ache. When taken one at a time with a meal or coffee, that has not been the case with me. As for effectiveness, I have been taking this along with Rhodiola Rosea capsules also purchased on Amazon at the same time and do notice a SLIGHT boost in metal clarity and energy. It may help your immune system also. A few weeks ago there was a flu going around at work. A few of my closest coworkers got it and missed a lot of work. I started this supplement at the same time and so far I have been fine, despite being in close quarters with them. I normally just take one a day, I didn't notice any increased benefits by doubling up except it turned the urine blue. Product seems to be high quality. As for value its not cheap, but when taking one capsule a day it should last almost two months. Update: After 2 months there is a noticeable positive effect after finishing the bottle. I am not taking more than one a day most of the time. Sometimes I double up if I miss a day, but not aways. I like to cycle any supplements that are not vitamins so I will stop but will come back to this brand after a few months for a new cycle.

Risky and not fully understood even by health professionals
This stuff is terrible, as are the other brands of this same product. I must have been crazy to order this. And...once I got it I knew that I must be crazy to take it. I did, though. I took one recommended dose and that was too much! Let's go back to basics: what is this stufff? By that I mean what was its purpose in being formulated way back in the 19th Century? It was made to dye Mr. Levi's jeans blue!!! That's what! It is blue jean dye. And it looks, acts, and tastes just like what that is. In other words it tastes really, really BAD!!! Once I had this stuff in my mouth I knew it was no bueno but went through with the experiment anyway. The single dose did nothing at all for me and I hope didn't ruin any organs inside me. The darn stuff stains everything it touches. One other thing about this--and this is crucially important--this product has life-threatening qualities when taking it with certain other medications. What are they all? No one can say for sure what the fatal or serious side effects might be when taken with one of the myriad of drugs and non-prescription drugs out there. It's a complete gamble! This is also highly risky to take for certain people who have one of the health conditions on the list or not YET on the list.I, for one, am never going to take this again nor will I do anything other than relate this opinion of mine to all my friends and relatives.

Contains Methylene Blue.
Looks good. Contains Methylene Blue. A cheaper brand I tried had none of the Methylene Blue it claimed—zero. I opened a capsule and dissolved in water to check.
