Nice unboxing experience with nicely designed branded package. It takes a little work to fluff the very flat vacuum sealed pillows, but a *warm* dryer with dryer balls for about 1/2 hour works well. In the set I bought, each pillow came with a padded cover + 2 pillow inserts. The combined pillow with both inserts looks super plump and fluffy, yet has a great softness and "give". I prefer squishy, down pillows that are on the thin side so was skeptical about this big fat pillow, but decided to start with the whole set the first night and then remove one insert if needed.I have an impossible time sleeping on almost every kind of pillow and bring my own with me when I travel, so it came as a surprise to me that I got a *great* nights sleep. Perfectly comfortable, no shifting during the night and repositioning my pillow, no hot head and no more waking in the morning with a headache and sore neck. I love it! So far, worth every penny and then some (and I hate spending $ on stuff like this).
