I like how the medicine is delivered in the spacer. I was reading in one of the comments that a round inhaler would fit this and that is why i bought it. It does not fit the round inhaler however, I trimmed a little of the plastic without effecting the delivery of medicine. This took 2 minutes if that. I think this is a good product.
