I have tried many shampoos for grey/silver hair, and for the price, this is definitely the best yet. I did try a few that were much more expensive and did not at all come close to the results I am having with the Ever Pure for Silver. The smell is wonderful and it does make my hair shinier and softer, less coarse/dry, I also use it with the Ever Pure 21-in-1 moisture spray before blowing my hair dry and apply a little more to use the flat iron. With my hair being dryer, I can wash it less, and these products keep my hair looking good from wash to wash. I even bought some for a friend that was having the same problems with finding a good mix for her hair and she loves, it, too.

I have long, straight gray hair that has been looking “tired” for quite some time. I decided to give this shampoo and conditioner a try. I’ve used it several times now, and I must say, my hair definitely looks and feels softer than it did…not some miracle cure, but looking better than it was! The only negative thing is that the shampoo is much thinner (more watery) than I am used to, so during the first use I was obviously a bit aggressive in dispensing some and ended up squeezing out way too much. But now that I know, it’s fine. So a heads up for first time users!

I have been using moisturizing shampoo and the deep purple conditioner, and recently have noticed that my hair has been drying out so bad well I did a little research and found out that the purple conditioner. Every day is not good for your gray hair so I switched to these and only use the deep purple conditioner once a week now and my hair is so shiny and so soft it’s crazy. I would recommend these to anyone with blonde or gray hair that has a tendency to yellow as a regular maintenance.

Ok, I haven't used it long enough to see an actual difference in my hair BUT I can comment on what I see so far. Somehow I went from ordering an unscented version to this version. The smell is strong so not sure I'll be able to keep using it, my mistake I didn't double check it when I went from shopping individual unscented bottles to the combo conditioner/shampoo. ANYWAY, the description on the bottle is 'salon smell' and that's very accurate. You know that smell that smacks you in the face when you walk into a salon? The combo flowery/chemical smell, that's what this stuff smells like. As I said I haven't used it enough to attest to the 'silvering' aspect but it's a decent enough shampoo, leaves my curly hair a little flat but it's clean and soft so not bad. I'll try again to order the unscented and see if someone else can use this stuff.
