been using the RAINPOINT WiFi Automatic Watering System for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how convenient and reliable it is. As someone who travels frequently and has a lot of indoor potted plants, this system has saved me both time and worry. Pros: Easy Setup: The instructions were clear, and setting up the app and pump took less than 30 minutes. Customizable Scheduling: The app allows flexible watering schedules, which is great for different types of plants with varying needs. Quiet Pump: The pump is surprisingly quiet during operation. Reliable Performance: So far, it’s worked consistently without any clogs or glitches.

Very pleased with the item nice to know that it is easy to use and I am very impressed with the size of the unit that impressed I purchased 2 at the same time for my bonsai trees and other house plants so all together it's a great little unit and easy to set up and that's most important I do recommend it they do the wifi version plus the manual version and that's good .

A fiddle to set up, some of the valves were faulty and leaked, but overall I'm happy that when I leave home for weeks at a time and this is watering the houseplants. Takes a while to fine tune but worth being patient and tweaking it.

Amazing. Keeps my flowers and plants alive from the other side of the world. Hooked up to a 50L water bin, they survived 33 degree heat and loved it.

I purchased this watering system just before I went abroad for three weeks. I had read the reviews and it seemed like a reliable system. I followed the instructions to set up the system which were quite straightforward. It took a while to connect to the WiFi but once connected it stayed connected. The App was straightforward to download and following the paper instructions I was able to set up the system to water the plants as I wanted it to. The plants to be watered are on a racking system in our porch. I wasn't sure how effective the pump would be as the water tank was set on a shelf below the plants. In a trial run the pump had no problem getting water to these plants. As the porch can get hot on a warm day I set up a notification to warn me if the temperature rose above 20°C. It did one day so on receiving the notification I was able to manually turn on the watering system for a short period, whilst I was in Malaysia! On returning home the plants were still alive and healthy. I waited before writing this review to see if the watering system lived up to my expectations. Now I know it works I will set up the system permanently as previously it was cobbled together just before my holiday. I would recommend this product - it certainly took out the stress of trying to keep plants alive by any other means or asking neighbours to water them.

Working fine for a couple of days, we go on holiday for two weeks and come back to leaks and damaged wood flooring. Cheap rubbish. Updated to 3 stars as the customer servcie has been exceptional. I've been sent a newer model which I'm yet to test.

I must have received a faulty pump as it failed to draw water from the supply. There was some white powder inside the IN port which suggests the pump might be jammed. Whatever the cause, it's poor quality control and now I have the hassle of having to return and find a replacement. It is a pity, because it looks like it should be a good pump, feels solid, it was easy to set up, comes with plenty tubing and fittings and the app control is cool.

This is a fairly reliable and affordable smart water timer that can be used for indoor potted plants. Once connected to your wifi network you can easily set it up through your smartphone. The very first time when you use it make sure that you turn on the pump without having it connected to the outcoming tube that sends the water to your plants. I do not know why but I had to do it before it started working properly. The only downside is that you will need to have your modem always on when you are away on holidays. I would prefer it if after the initial set-up it could remember and retain the watering programme without the need to be constantly connected to the wifi. In general, highly recommended.
