The Perfect Blend of Sweet and Savory – A Weeknight Lifesaver!
I’ve been using Stove Top for years, but the Cornbread version is consistently my favorite. While many people only think of stuffing during the holidays, this has become a regular side dish in my rotation because it’s just so reliable. The preparation couldn’t be easier; it takes about five minutes on the stove, and it comes out perfect every single time. It’s a lifesaver on busy weeknights when I need something filling but don't have the energy for a complex recipe. The flavor profile is exactly what you want from a cornbread base—it has that subtle, distinct sweetness that balances out the savory herbs and spices. I was really impressed by how well the seasoning is distributed throughout the mix. Unlike some store brands that can taste overly salty or bland, this has a rich, buttery depth that tastes like it’s been simmering for much longer than it actually has. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken or even pork chops. In terms of texture, it strikes the ideal balance. If you follow the box instructions, it stays fluffy and moist without becoming a soggy mess, which is a common issue with instant mixes. I personally like to let mine sit for an extra minute or two to firm up, and the crumbs hold their shape beautifully. There are actual visible herbs and vegetable bits in the mix that add a nice little bit of character to every bite. For the price and the convenience, this 6 oz box is a fantastic value. It’s the perfect size for a family meal, and the quality is consistent box after box. It’s one of those rare pantry staples that actually lives up to the nostalgia. I’ll definitely be keeping a few of these stocked at all times for quick dinners or last-minute potlucks.

Yum!
Good quality. Nothing tastes better than stove top stuffing! It’s quick & easy to make. Boil water. Add butter. Take it off of the burner to add stuffing. Wait 5 minutes. Fluff & serve. It’s usually cheaper on Amazon than it is in stores. Not always but usually. Great value most of the time.

Better than my mother-in-law's (don't tell her)!
Listen, I know "boxed stuffing" is supposed to be a side dish, but in this house, it’s a lifestyle. My wife and I bought this for a quick dinner and ended up eating the entire pot standing over the stove like we haven't been fed in a week. The savory herb flavor is legit! It smells exactly like Christmas morning at my grandma’s house in 1996. It’s so easy to make that I’m pretty sure even my dog could do it, and it tastes better than the "from scratch" versions that take four hours to chop celery for. If you want your kitchen to smell like a holiday miracle in about 5 minutes, just buy it. We’re already on our third box this month. No regrets.

home cooked taste in minutes
I love this flavor . I stock up because online it's a great deal . growing up we usually go with cubbisons cornbread and stayed away from stove top types because they have the dried spices and vegetables inside that never quite break down the way we like . cornbread doesn't have that issue imo. it's very versitles, mix it with a box of cornbread and some drippings, bake or put in crock pot and you're good to go. super fast side dish comfort food anytime of year.

Shrinkflation !!
Not only shrunk but less stuffing only for one or 2 people but won’t last as long as the turkey remains. The taste used to be the best but they’re cutting cost and jacking up the prices while at the same time they took some of the main spices for Thanksgiving. Stuffing are no longer included so it’s like you’re getting a bunch of cubes of dried hard bread and it’s lacking seasoning so it’s not tasting good. It taste more like cardboard. I tried to doctor it up and it’s just not the same. It’s not the same product anymore. Probably the store brand is more tasty than this. Where did the taste go? How can you sell stuffing without the key spices that are needed that give a nice special flavor to the Thanksgiving meal and some people after Thanksgiving is over and they’re making sandwiches then some people throw some stuffing on it and a little bit of cranberry sauce because the stuffing tasted so good and then the cranberry sauce it’s just that’s a perfect sandwich with a really good quality wheat bread or multi grain. It’s too bad but they have gone backwards. It was a great product, but I’m not gonna buy it next time and then of course you get a bag full of air and just about a couple of inches of these cubes of hard bread they’re not even cubes they’re just particles of so buyer beware!
