i took Beast Pro from Mango Herbs for 5 days before sleep, hoping it would help with recovery and muscle growth. Unfortunately, I started having trouble sleeping properly soon after. My sleep became light and restless, and I kept waking up in the middle of the night. The product might be strong or contain stimulants that interfere with sleep, so I wouldn’t recommend taking it before bed.
