I buy this regularly. Very satisfied with the amount of beneficial things in it: hydrolyzed collagen, glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin, and a probiotic (bacillus coagulans). I would supplement a little extra glucosamine and chondroitin if you have joint issues, because the doses are a little low. Add 500-1000mg of vitamin C for maximum absorption ;)It’s a little hard to measure how well it works because I do other things to help my joints, mostly my lower back has some problems, but I have noticed less pain when I take this.Overall it mixes well, and I don’t mind the taste.

I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of taste since I'm used to using only bovine products that have a shoe leather flavor to them, but this really doesn't have any flavor at all, which makes it extremely easy to work into absolutely anything. It's great to get real bone and joint support after settling for hair and skin formulas for so long.

This is my first time trying this brand. I’m giving it 4 stars since I am new to it and have just been on it less than a week, but I have taken other collagen and know that results have been great for me, so I hope this one will b great, too. I bought the 12.35oz.That said, I do like the fact that there is not flavor to it and love that the tub was filled to the top! I did subscribe.

Super fine powder dissolves very quickly. No taste. Very happy.

Ok, but has a strong taste . I have to make sure I add lits of ginger , clover or richer coffee flavor to mask the yucky flavor
