Pleasantly Surprised
We’ve all seen the products, looking like wood, but really just sawdust and glue pressed together, that you have to assemble yourself. I saw the picture and knew it would fit the decor I was aming for, and didn’t care of that was the material of not; for now it would do. So imagine my delight when I opened the box and smelled fresh cut wood. I felt like I was a kid in my Uncle's wood shop again! This is actually wood, already assembled and rough painted. They aren’t smooth like plastic, they’re perfectly sanded to a smoothness without being “finished”. Definitely an amazing value! Will absolutely be keeping an eye out for future product releases.

Attractive but overpriced
They look fine though mine were less colorful than the picture(just light pine with grey paint splashed on, no warm coloring). I like the reclaimed look but I feel they overpriced for clearly non-authentic pieces.

I want to love these, but...
I want to love these, but the largest crate came damaged. It's not bad - just a crack on one of the handles. But it's definitely broken all the way through that handle. When I tried to email the company to an email given on a paper insert with the crates, I got a message that the email did not exist. Double checked it against the paper. I'm planning my wedding, I don't really have time to try following up again - I'm just using them as decor, not real storage so it's not worth it to try and replace it. But just as an FYI. Other than that, design is great and looks just like the picture.

Poorly made and not rustic
These crates aren’t made well. One of them is coming apart on the bottom (see picture), I didn’t even take the others out of the box. There’s barely any paint on them, definitely not an antique, distressed, or rustic look.

Beautiful workmanship
These three nesting crates are beautifully hand constructed. The sizes are perfect for either decorating or for use as display risers (I sell jewelry, and these will be part of my display.) They are sturdy, the color is wonderful (I ordered gray) and they were packaged perfectly to arrive with no problems. An excellent purchase.

LOVE!!!!
LOVE these crates!! I purchased them to stack horizontally in an awkward empty space in our bathroom and they look great! I filled with toilet paper, some Poo-Pourri and a couple of decorative items and I couldn't be more satisfied! Quality and price are definitely right! If you are on the edge of purchasing, do it! You wont be disappointed (-:

Love them!!
I use these to store various baking tools and supplies. They are perfect for what I need them for. Well made, painted nicely. Really got the distressed wood look perfectly.I am very happy with these and I would buy again for myself or as a gift.

Perfect For What I Needed
Simple design that accented my table as I hosted my daughter’s Prom Send-Off. Will use them again for her graduation party. So many cute and creative uses for them! I was very pleased!
