A really decent kit for beginners to soldering or just to tinker with a small projects. I was using this kit for rewiring some old A320 cockpit pieces and it works well, and has all you need to get started with soldering. It has varied heat levels for your solder, and the different sized ends allow for easier different types of soldering. It’s also stable and pretty safe to use, heats up and cools down pretty quickly. It looks good and only takes up a small size, and it’s very stable for a small little device. Would recommend

Good for occasional use, cant comment on professional use, i may only use it once a year, but it was cheap does the job when needed, so fine by me

I am a crafter and beginner modeller and this kit seems just the thing for me. It contains all the tools that I require in a sturdy carrying case. The soldering iron has a clear temperature display and did not take too long to heat up. I managed my very first soldering job quite easily. Great value for money!

Nice little kit for the price. Haven’t used it yet but I tested it. It heats up fast and I love the temperature gauge. I like the wee tools that come with it. Only thing that could be changed is the rest. It’s small and the sponge is thinner than Aldi toilet paper. Otherwise worth the money for a use now and then soldering iron.

Nice little soldering iron kit. Comes with several accessories. Small compact handy storage case. The iron itself is good with variable temperate control. The main criticism I have is that the stand that comes in the kit is not very stable - the metal part drops down, so the soldering iron will fall off which is not very safe. Better to invest in a separate stand or a heat proof mat.

The comprehensive kit is well made and seems to work well. I find the in-line on/off switch a useful feature too. Cannot comment on accuracy of temperature settings but it does seem to reduce/ increase as required. Very pleasantly surprised by quality of product. Choice of tips are good too.

El equipo viene muy completo, con todo lo necesario para empezar a soldar sin tener que comprar accesorios aparte: puntas intercambiables, soporte con esponja, pinzas, bomba desoldadora, hilo de estaño y más. El soldador calienta rápido, en menos de un minuto ya está listo para usar, y el control de temperatura funciona de maravilla, permitiendo ajustar la potencia según el tipo de trabajo. Las puntas se cambian fácilmente y el mango es cómodo, con un buen agarre que no se calienta demasiado. Me ha sorprendido también la bomba desoldadora, que tiene buena potencia y facilita mucho corregir errores. Todo viene bien organizado en su estuche, perfecto para guardarlo o transportarlo.

Bought this to replace an old and clonky soldering station, of which I did retain the stand bit to stick the hot iron into and to wipe excess solder off the tip on a sponge. Heats up reasonably quickly and with the somewhat higher wattage works very quickly. Like the switch in the power line to allow turning it off without unplugging. Only negative I can come up with is that the power wire is a bit stiff, but that can be worked around easily be worked around with enough space in the soldering area.
