My wife has been a devoted Grape Nuts Flakes fan since childhood. Nutty, crunchy, good source of fiber. Lots of vitamins and minerals. Only 7g total sugars. Great way to start the day!

45 years old here. This is my all-time favorite cereal. It's tough to find out there in the stores anymore. Has a decent ingredient profile and is relatively healthy for a breakfast cereal. I think you can eat this every day to help with fiber intake and poop health. Lower sugar, modest sodium. It's a 9/10.

The cereal is great and it's lucky that is is well packaged. Amazon's handling is pretty rough. Maybe this was a robot putting it in the shipping box.

I love Grape Nuts, but couldn't eat them due to dental issues. I happened to see these flakes and tried. They're small, crunchy, but lightly crispy at the same time. The taste is really great, just like the GN. I just ordered 2 more boxes. I do live the flakes on yogurt with a little maple syrup. My cereal came delivered in a box, and not crushed in an envelope. The cereal is fresh and long before expiration date. This is a big box, too! I will continue to buy this cereal from this seller. Great price.
