I recommend this seller. They have great support and replaced a defective screen when the fingerprint scanner did not work. I received the replacement display for a samsung Note20 ultra and followed several different youtube instructions from various DIY videos. I tested it before using adhesive and sticking battery or back in place. Everything seemed OK. I then fully assembled , but left back accessible. Left inplace with cover, not adhesive. After a couple of days of use, I was unable to register fingerprints and the display was not reading. I began to process a return, but requested trouble shooting with vendor. The communication is through messaging within the return process and a link provide via e-mail. The answers came a day later so ask all your question up front. I described how the scanner was erroring, and the vendor determined the fingerprint scanner was faulty and immediately sent out another display. While trying to track the package, it already arrived within 1-2 days. I was able to use the phone without fingerprint, so I was not inconvenienced without a working phone. I replaced the screen, tested, and assembled. Although, it may be inconvenient not to be able to call someone real-time and talk, I still received a prompt reply and replacement. Yes, it was inconvenient that the first display was not 100%, but low cost electronics/non OEM prices is part of that trade-off I'm willing to take. ALSO, BE AWARE that the screen is not full viewing size as the OEM Note 20 ultra. It was stated in the description, so understand that as it was a little disappointing, but clearly stated. The screen fits same size and assembles perfectly, but the viewing area is a bit smaller. No viewing or touch sensitivity on the rounded edges. I'm ok with that because i didn't use the functions and accidentally touched the area when not intended. It also has a black un-viewable border on the bottom, top, and sides that reduces the viewing area. It is a little disappointing, but, for the price and not needing to replace the phone, I'm OK with that. I did put a 3rd party screen protector on, but the fingerprint could not be read. I had similar errors as I did on the defective screen, however, when I removed it, I was able to register a read my prints OK. Not sure if it is the screen protector's fault, or the new display's sensor fault, or both. But I'll just go without a screen protector, knowing where I can get a quick replacement if I break it again. Luckily I did not stick the back on because my usb charge went out (not related to screen. I was able to order one for only $10 and replace it since I now can say I'm experienced and comfortable with assembly and disassembly process. Fun at first, but a little frustrating the 2nd and more so the 3rd time for the charge port. I give them 5 stars because they backed up their product and assisted and came through for me. Next time I break this, I'll be buying this LNONLS OLED display from the seller, "Chenhe". Thanks for your support Chenhe.

NOT RECCOMENDED!! The good, For the three days the screen has been in it seems to function as it should. Fingerprint sensor seems good, pinch to zoom works well as well as everything else.............BUT! The Bad, the minor thing is as others have mentioned that the screen is darker than the original, and no amount of fiddling with the brightness will make it look like the stock screen. And now the REALLY BAD! After an arbitrary amount of time of being powered on the screen will start to get HOT! As in something is definitely not right here hot! And of course high current flow is probably causing the heat which means high current flow = severe battery drain. Battery life is now only 2-3 hours. So now that I've dumped $100 into this screen and almost another hundred to have it installed I'm left with a phone i can barely use. And since it doesn't make much sense to me to pay to have this screen removed, hassle with a return/refund that I may or may not get, then pay AGAIN to have a screen installed, and be left with a 4 year old phone, I guess I'm gonna start phone shopping! Just STAY AWAY!

Worked great, decent brightness, finger print sensor works... very good for the price no complaints... have had it for a month and it's held up great

Excellent replacement screen for your note 20 ultra

One speaker mesh is almost penetrated, mic mesh was sitting sideways, aluminum shavings near screen cable. In order to put front camera - need to remove pads that come with this screen assembly. Overall - ok. Screen won't have side areas, now it's just a regular screen with round black stripes. Customer is happy. But aluminum shavings and penetrated mesh is a bad business.

Didn't work on my phone I could hear people when I get a call but they couldn't hear me so I removed the screen and put my cracked screen now when I make a call we can hear each other.

Easy to install. Removing original back and removing the battery are the 2 hardest parts. Installation is easy

It works. But is deffently a 3rd party lcd. The aspect ratio is slightly off so if something round shows on the screen is looks ever so slightly oval. The boarder also is slightly ticker then a gen lcd. But for the price its good enuf. The color is also slightly off. But again for the price it is oled and it's cheap. All components do fit into the back. All just cosmetic.
